Online Motorcycle Insurance

Well, my dad and i are currently working on my Kawasaki ar50. But i have to pay for the insurance… ive checked a few sites and they were quoting me 600 pound for 3 months. Anyone got any personal favorites?

So with ever increasing gas prices I’ve been thinking of driving the trike my dad built in 1978 but since he passed away 5 years ago there’s no one in my family with a motorcycle license(too afraid to drive a motorbike) that can insure the bike with me as an occasional driver. I’m looking for an insurance company in ontario canada that can offer me somewhat affordable insurance. The current insurance company that our other vehicle is under want $8200 for just six months of insurance. I’m 20 which I know doesn’t help with how much I’m going to be paying for insurance but I think $8200 for only 6 months is ridiculous especially when my neighbor who is 23 only pays $3500 for his insurance(the insurance company only insures certain manufacturers and models) I’m just seeing if anyone recommends an insurance company that can offer me cheaper insurance even if it means switching over the other vehicle that we have. more specifically it’s my trike and it’s one heck of a piece of work to try and get insured at a price I can afford.

I have heard my daughter call me crying her heart out. She has been divorced over a year and half….both have remarried. Her ex has kept on and on involving their son into it….he is buying him cars, motorcycles, whatever he asked for, and then keeps telling him what all “she” took. She left with none of his money, a couch, chair, and a bed just to go.
He is worth probably a million dollars now with his job and property left to him, but she asked for a small amount…he wouldn’t sign the papers if she asked for anything. She just said ok whatever I am gone. He has had affairs over the years but she had kept all this from the child to protect him from loving his dad …Its so sad really, but like I told her Divorce is ugly, you can’t make it nice.
He sent her a bill for $8.50 past due on insurance 1/2 on the son that he says is due….2 years ago!! I made a online draft payment with my online banking to send him 8.50 every month in hopes he will not worry over that again.

I’m 20 years old, just got a permit and going to buy a motorcycle. I was just wondering, is it possible that for example my dad can insure the motorbike because it would be much cheaper or does he have to have a motorcycle license??

I am getting a motorcycle soon… Very soon. And I fear that I may not be able to pay the insurance! I am 18 and I have never been in any kind of accident while driving and never even got a ticket. When I looked for a quote it said something like 2k$ a year! That will be more than what I am paying on my motorcycle. Can I get my bike added to my dad’s motorcycle insurance (He has a V-rod) and get it cheaper? I am getting a Yamaha yzf-r6. I live in Georgia.

i am 15 so i cant get a quote. im pretty sure that with a permit it has to be insured with my dad, so i dont think my age matters, because you dont need proof of insurance to get a permit.
as i already stated, i cant check myself because im a minor and insurance companies wont tell me without a parent present. its illegal apparently. so thats why i was asking for a general estimate.
